Gutter Warranty

**Coverage:** Lifetime warranty for the original homeowner, transferable to one subsequent owner (20-year coverage from the original installation date)  
**What's Covered:** Manufacturing defects, performance issues, color fading beyond normal weathering, structural integrity  
**Limitations:** Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance, issues caused by gutter guards or accessories not installed by us, problems arising from alterations made after installation

Fascia Warranty

**Coverage:** 25-year warranty for the original homeowner, transferable to one subsequent owner (15-year coverage from the original installation date)  
**What's Covered:** Manufacturing defects, warping or buckling beyond 1/4 inch from the plane of the wall, peeling, flaking, or blistering of the finish, excessive color fade
**Limitations:** Damage from impact or abrasion, issues caused by improper ventilation, problems arising from structural settling of the property  

 

 Soffit Warranty

**Coverage:** 25-year warranty for the original homeowner, transferable to one subsequent owner (10-year coverage from the original installation date)  
**What's Covered:** Manufacturing defects, peeling, chipping, or cracking of the finish, excessive chalking 
**Limitations:** Damage from excessive heat sources, issues caused by inadequate attic ventilation, insect infestation or animal activity

General Warranty Conditions

**Not Covered:** Damage from acts of nature such as but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, or earthquakes; issues caused by air pollution or exposure to harmful chemicals; normal weathering including minor color changes; damage from interference by or improper installation by non-certified installers

To make a claim: Contact us immediately upon discovering the issue. Provide original proof of purchase and property ownership. Allow our technicians to inspect the reported problem. If validated, we'll repair or replace the affected components!

To maintain your warranty: Perform regular cleaning and maintenance as per our guidelines. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning methods. Report any issues promptly to maintain warranty validity.

To transfer your warranty: Submit a written request within 30 days of property transfer.
